Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46204. Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is TRP Acquisition Inc. d/b/a The RoomPlace (“RoomPlace”), with an address of 1000 N. Rohlwing Road, Lombard, IL 60148. All entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these Official Rules as well as by all interpretations of these Official Rules by Pacers and by all other decisions of Pacers, including resolution of disputes in connection with this sweepstakes, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Ultimate Pacers Fan Cave Sweepstakes brought to you by The RoomPlace.

ELIGIBILITY
The Ultimate Pacers Fan Cave Sweepstakes brought to you by RoomPlace is open to legal residents of Indiana who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees and immediate families of employees (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of RoomPlace, Pacers, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, members, employees and agents are not able to enter or win. Additionally, to be eligible the entrant cannot be a member of its college or high school (junior varsity or varsity) basketball team.

ENTRY PERIOD
The Ultimate Pacers Fan Cave Sweepstakes brought to you by RoomPlace begins on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 9:00 am Indianapolis time and ends on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 7:00 pm Indianapolis time (the “Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER

At a Participating RoomPlace Location: During the Entry Period entrants can visit a participating RoomPlace store location, complete an entry form at the store and place the entry form in the designated ballot box. All entrants must accurately complete all required fields or entry will be deemed invalid. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry used. Multiple entries per person will invalidate ALL entries submitted by that entrant for the entire Entry Period. All entries must be received by Pacers by Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 7:00 pm Indianapolis time.

Via the Internet: During the Entry Period entrants can go to www.pacers.com/theroomplace and follow the entry instructions to complete the online entry form. All entrants must accurately complete all required fields or entry will be deemed invalid. In order to participate you will need Internet access and a valid email address. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries per person, including multiple entries by the same entrant using different e-mail addresses, will invalidate ALL entries submitted by that entrant for the entire Entry Period. All entries must be received by Pacers by Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 7:00 pm Indianapolis time.

As part of the online entry submission process you may be asked if you wish to receive promotional emails from the Pacers. Consenting to receive promotional emails is optional and is not required for participation in the sweepstakes. 

WINNER SELECTION
Multiple entry deadlines and drawing dates apply. Potential first prize winners (“First Prize Winners”) will be selected randomly on or about the dates listed below from among all eligible entries received by each applicable drawing deadline. Entrants must be entered for a chance to win as indicated in the chart below to be eligible for the prize associated with the applicable drawing. Non-winning entries eligible for one drawing will remain eligible for all subsequent drawings throughout the Entry Period. A total of ten (10) First Prize Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be contacted by Pacers by phone and/or email on or about the day of the applicable drawing. In the event the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the initial email or phone notification or declines the prize another winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received.

It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Pacers if his or her contact information and/or e-mail address changes. To do so, send an e-mail to mchao@pacers.com with the new contact information. RoomPlace, Pacers and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, shareholders, members, employees sponsors, licensees, successors, assigns and agents are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Pacers and will not be returned. 

Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release attesting to the fact that he/she is 18 years of age or older, as well as other terms and conditions as designated by Pacers and consent to the use of his/her likeness in order to collect a prize. 

PRIZE DESCRIPTION
Two (2) First Prize Winners will be selected on each Drawing Date described above (ten (10) total First Prize Winners). Each of the First Prize Winners will receive: 

Two (2) tickets to an Indiana Pacers home basketball game (each a “Qualifying Game”) ($145 per ticket value) on one of the following dates, depending on the applicable Drawing Date:

• 10/22/2018 Drawing Date: November 3, 2018 Indiana Pacers home basketball game vs. Boston Celtics
• 11/23/2018 Drawing Date: December 4, 2018 Indiana Pacers home basketball game vs. Chicago Bulls
• 12/21/2018 Drawing Date: December 31, 2018 Indiana Pacers home basketball game vs. Atlanta Hawks
• 2/1/2019 Drawing Date: February 9, 2019 Indiana Pacers home basketball game vs. Cleveland Cavaliers
• 3/15/2019 Drawing Date: March 24, 2019 Indiana Pacers home basketball game vs. Denver Nuggets

AND

(2) The opportunity to participate in a free-throw contest for an on-court promotion at the applicable Qualifying Game.

During each on-court promotion, there will be two (2) First Prize Winners participating. During a time-out or other break in play (as determined by Pacers), each First Prize Winner will go on-court at his/her applicable Qualifying Game and compete in a free-throw contest. Each First Prize Winner competing must sit on the couch located at one of the free throw lines on the Indiana Pacers basketball court during the on-court promotion and throw as many basketballs through the designated official NBA basketball goal net as he/she can during a forty-five (45) second time frame. To remain eligible, the First Prize Winner must remain seated on the couch during any attempt to shoot the basketball. Each First Prize Winner may select one (1) guest (who is at least 18 years old) to rebound his/her basketballs during the contest. Please note that guest rebounders will not be eligible to win any prizes awarded in this contest. After all of the Qualifying Games have concluded, the two (2) First Prize Winners that are able to get the most basketballs through the designated official NBA basketball goal net during all of the on-court promotions combined will be deemed Grand Prize Winners. Any ties will be determined by who got the most basketballs through the designated official NBA basketball goal net in the shortest amount of time. In addition to all prize elements available to the First Prize Winners, each of the two (2) Grand Prize Winners will receive: 

(1) Two (2) tickets to the Indiana Pacers home basketball game on April 1, 2019 vs. the Detroit Pistons ($145.00 per ticket value) (the “Grand Prize Game”);

AND

(2) The opportunity to participate in a basketball shooting contest during an on- court promotion at the Grand Prize Game.

There will be one (1) Ultimate Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner that gets the most basketballs through the designated official NBA basketball goal net from the free throw line at the Grand Prize Game will be deemed the Ultimate Prize Winner. During a time-out or other break in play (as determined by Pacers) at the Game Prize Game, each Grand Prize Winner will go on-court and compete in a free-throw contest. Each Grand Prize Winner competing must sit on the couch located at one of the free throw lines on the Indiana Pacers basketball court during the on-court promotion and throw as many basketballs through the designated official NBA basketball goal net as he/she can during a 45 second time frame. To remain eligible, the Grand Prize Winner must remain seated on the couch during any attempt to shoot the basketball. Each First Prize Winner may select one (1) guest (who is at least 18 years old) to rebound his/her basketballs during the contest. Please note that guest rebounders will not be eligible to win any prizes awarded in this contest. The Grand Prize Winner that is able to get the most basketballs through the designated official NBA basketball goal net during the on-court promotion at the Grand Prize Game will be deemed the Ultimate Prize Winner. Any ties will be determined by who got the most basketballs through the designated official NBA basketball goal net in the shortest amount of time. In the event neither Grand Prize Winner gets any basketballs through the designated official NBA basketball goal net, the Grand Prize Winners will be given an additional 45 seconds (the “Bonus Period”) to stand anywhere on the basketball court and shoot as many basketballs through the designated official NBA basketball goal net as he/she can and the Grand Prize Winner that gets the most basketballs through the designated official NBA basketball net during the Bonus Period will be deemed the Ultimate Prize Winner. Any ties during the Bonus Period will be determined by who got a basketball through the designated official NBA basketball goal first. In addition to all prize elements available to the Grand Prize Winners, the Ultimate Prize Winner will receive a $3,000 credit to The RoomPlace to build his/her own “Fan Cave” ($3,000 value; REDEEMABLE IN-STORE ONLY) and $500 worth of Pacers gear (including an Indiana Pacers basketball jersey autographed by a member(s) of the Indiana Pacers 2018-2019 basketball team). Retail value reflects unautographed merchandise. Retail value of hand signed merchandise is subject to fluctuation based on the featured player(s) and current market value at the time of prize award. 

Total retail value of each First Prize is $290.00. Total retail value of all First Prizes combined is $2,900.00. Total retail value of each Grand Prize is $580.00. Total retail value of all Grand Prizes combined is $1,160.00. Total retail value of the Ultimate Prize is $4,080.00. Total retail value of all prizes combined is $8,140.00. 

The winning prizes are non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. The name of the winner can be obtained by writing the “Ultimate Pacers Fan Cave Sweepstakes brought to you by The RoomPlace” c/o Indiana Pacers, 125 S. Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46204. 

Prize winner and his/her guest must agree to comply with all NBA venue rules and regulations relating to the use of NBA regular and post-season tickets (as applicable) and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize or prize element. 

TAXES
The prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the sweepstakes, unless otherwise indicated. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at the Pacers option for a prize of comparable or greater value. 

ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning the First Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

By entering, each entrant agrees to follow the Ultimate Pacers Fan Cave Sweepstakes brought to you by The RoomPlace Official Rules and forever releases, discharges, and waives any and all claims, liabilities and actions of any kind, howsoever caused or arising and whether by negligence, any intentional act or otherwise, that entrant may have or that may arise against Facebook, RoomPlace, Pacers, and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, shareholders, members, employees, representatives, successors, assigns and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant’s participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes (including but not limited to the substitution or changing of any prizing) awarded in the sweepstakes. SWEEPSTAKES CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION OR MODIFICATION
Pacers reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the sweepstakes and/or change dates or prizes (to a prize of equal or greater value) relating to the promotion in case of schedule changes, acts of God, force majeure events, computer viruses, bugs, corruption or unfairness of the security or administration of the sweepstakes, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of the Pacers. 

DATA COLLECTION
Pacers collects personal data from entrants when they enter the sweepstakes. Personal data may include, but is not limited to, name, address, and email address. This data will be used by Pacers for purposes of administering the sweepstakes, and may be shared with other sponsors of this sweepstakes. Information collected from entrants is subject to Pacers’ Privacy Policy which can be found at http://www.nba.com/news/privacy_policy.html.
