We are proactively addressing all aspects of the COVID-19 outbreak as it relates to our customers and associates alike, and will continue to make it a top priority to ensure everyone’s well-being. We’d like to update our beloved customers with the latest, given the ever-evolving climate.

Our website theroomplace.com is open to everyone 24/7. Customers may still place orders, our warehouses are shipping and delivering, and your merchandise questions can be answered online with free access to our team of Product Experts, waiting to serve you. Our Customer Care team is also available to address any remaining concerns at https://www.theroomplace.com/contact-us.

Now more than ever, we want you to feel confident in your shopping experience with us. It’s with that in mind that we’re providing the following update:

• Operations/Delivery: We continue to make home deliveries as scheduled. We are providing our warehouse and delivery personnel with gloves and booties, and they are exercising stringent cleaning protocols between deliveries. We have implemented a limited touch policy for in-home deliveries and are now offering an extremely low-contact option via our “Drop and Go” delivery. If you are currently scheduled for full-service delivery and wish to either postpone your delivery, or shift to “Drop and Go” delivery in eligible areas, we ask that you contact Customer Care (prior to your scheduled delivery) at: www.theroomplace.com/contact-us.

Note that our Illinois stores will remain closed through June 2nd, our Indiana and Kenosha WI stores are open.
